Thank you for using [AI Photo] (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following information through the AI Photo App to provide core functionalities:

Photo Data: The photos you upload are used solely for local AI processing (e.g., style transformation) and are not stored on our servers. After processing, the photos are immediately deleted.

We do not collect, extract, or store independent facial biometric templates for personal identification. We only process uploaded images as holistic data for real-time AI style transformation. Therefore, we never share, sell, or disclose users' facial data to any third parties.
Device Information: Anonymous identifiers (such as device model, iOS version) are used to optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues.
Analytics Data: Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., frequency of feature usage) are collected through third-party tools (such as Firebase) and do not include personally identifiable information.

2.Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

With your explicit consent;
To comply with legal requirements or respond to legitimate law enforcement requests;
With service providers (e.g., third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics) for performance tracking.

We use end-to-end encryption to protect photo transmission and ensure data is temporarily stored in a secure environment during processing.

5.Children’s Privacy

AI Photo is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we discover that data from a child under 13 has been inadvertently collected, it will be deleted immediately.

6.Policy Updates

Updates to this policy will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
